We may be looking for an enclosed trailer soon. It would have to hold 3 atv's. Would a 12' do the trick? Looking for an enclosed because I will be storing wood pellets in it for the winter.

Well... You better figure 7' per atv at least ! So you are looking at the 21 - 24' range...

They also have ones that an ATV will go in sideways in the front, and two more straight in the back, might make it a bit shorter and give you another access point, but over all, you will need a big trailer... :-)

I planned on putting them in sideways, at 2 of them anyway.
And I can always throw 1 in the back of the truck if need be. I have a 16' open trailer now which easily fits 3. That will be going up for sale as soon as I get my firewood off of it.

How many pellets you planning on storing it the trailer? A ton or a couple ton? Make sure the trailer can handle the weight.

That would depend on what the trailer can handle. If it can handle 2, then 2 it is. I know my truck can handle it.

Dang Miken, That must be a beast. I asked before I recommened a trailer. A 20' enclosed will fill your needs. You'll find them rated for 7,000 or 10,000 lbs. Since you have the vehicle i'd go with the 10,000 just in case you need it.
I run a carmate 20' with torsion axels and I couldn't be happier with the way it tows.
